Goals That keep you going

A Philosophy and wisdom studies seem to tell us that we should not entertain hopes for the future.While what they says sounds
convincing,we are not sure whether such
theories actually work.While we do see some justification in not counting one's chickens before they are hatched,how is it
possible to not have hope for future.
It is also not true that one continues efforts
only as long as there is hope.Which person
will continue with anything if there is no
hope? And if we don't have a hope  for
the future ,how do we have a goal? Or should we not have goals.
Life without goals are directionless .If we
do not know where we are going.,how
do we determine what we should be doing?
Can one just sit in a car and drive? One
needs a destination. The  destination tells
us what turns we need to make,what avenues we need to traverse.Then what does it mean to not have hopes for the
future? It means to not think of the goal
once the action has started.What the
usual tendency is ,is that once we have
started the action ,we keep a mental picture
of the results in front of us.We remember
it and revel in it.This disturbs one concentration and hence our works suffers.
TO not have hopes means to forget about
it and focus entirely on the current action.
Plunge into the work at hand.A  student
sitting  to study ,dreams of the wonderful
university life he is going to have,or the
millions he is going to make at work.At
the job interview,we are anxious to obtain
the job,one whould not go to the interview.But at the interview if the mind is
thinking of the job ,it is dissipating its energy and one is not putting one's best foot
forward.
Work is of the present ,results are of the future .To think about results is as absurd as when we see children gardening.With
great dedication ,children do the digging
and the planting and watering .Having
then finished ,half an hour later,they go to
see if there has been any result to their
work! Unfortunately ,sometimes ,adults
too behave like that.
We must learn to recognise that there will
always be a time lapse between the work
executed and the result.Till then ,take up
some more work,for starting at the ground
will not make the seeds grow any faster .All that such an action accomplishes that it kerps  us from doing anything constructive
as we sit endlessly waiting in that indefinite
phase.

The Simple Definitions

School : A place where parents pay and children play.
Life Insurance : A contact that keeps you poor all your
life so that you can die rich.
Nurse : A person who wakes you up to give you sleeping
pills.
Marriage : It's an agreement in which a man losses his
bachelor degree and a woman gains her
masters.
Tears :The hydraulic force by which masculine willpower
is defeated by feminine water power.
Conference : The confusion of one man multiplied by
the number present.
Father : A banker provided by the nature.
Criminal :A person no different from the rest except that
he got caught.
Boss : Someone who is early when you are late and late
when you are early.
Politician : One who shakes your hand before elections
and your confidence thereafter !
Doctor : A person who holds your ills by pills ,and kills you by bills

एक प्रेमी-युगल शादी से पहले काफी हँसी-मजाक और नोक-झोंक किया करते थे।

एक प्रेमी-युगल शादी से पहले काफी हँसी-मजाक और नोक-झोंक किया करते थे।
शादी के बाद उनमें छोटी छोटी बातो पे झगड़े होने लगे।

एक दिन उनकी शादी कि सालगिरह थी
पर बीबी ने कुछ नहीं बोला वो पति का रेस्पॉन्स देखना चाहती थी।
.
सुबह पति जल्दी उठा और घर से बाहर निकल गया।
बीबी रूआंसी हो गई।
.
दो घण्टे बाद डोरबेल बजी वो दौड़ती हुई गई जाकर दरवाजा खोला।
दरवाजे पर गिफ्ट और केक के साथ उसका पति था।
.
पति ने गले लगा के सालगिरह विश किया फिर पति अपने कमरे मेँ चला गया।
तभी अचानक पत्नि के पास पुलिस थाने से फोन आता है की आपके पति की हत्या हो चूकी है उनके जेब में पड़े पर्स से आपका फोन नम्बर ढ़ुंढ़ के कॉल किया गया है।

पत्नि सोचने लगी की पति तो अभी घर के अन्दर आये है फिर उसे कही पे सुनी एक बात याद आ गई की मरे हुये इन्सान की आत्मा अपनी अंतिम विश पूरी करने एक बार जरूर आती है।

वो जोर-जोर से रोने लगी।
.
उसे अपना वो सारा चूमना लड़ना झगड़नानोक-झोंक याद आने लगा उसे पश्चाताप होने
लगा की अन्त समय में भी वो अपने पति को प्यार ना दे सकी वो बिलखती हुई रोने लगी।
जब रूम में गई तो देखा उसका पति वहाँ नहीं था।

वो चिल्ला चिल्ला के रोती हुई प्लीज कम बैक कम बैक कहने लगी अब कभी नहीं झगड़ूंगी
.
तभी बाथरूम से निकल के उसके कंधे पर किसी ने हाथ रख के पूछा क्या हुआ? .
वो पलट के देखी तो उसके पति थे वो रोती हुई उसके सीने से लग गई फिर सारी बात बताई।
.
तब पति ने बताया की आज सुबह उसका पर्स चोरी हो गया था।
फिर दोस्त की दुकान से ये गिफ्ट वगैरह उधार लिए।

*दोस्तो जिन्दगी में किसी की अहमियत तब पता चलती है जब वो नहीँ होता
हम लोग अपने दोस्तोरिश्तेदारो से नोक-झोंक करते है लड़ते झगड़ते भी हैं
पर जिन्दगी की करवटे कभी कभी भूल सुधार का मौका नहीं देती
.
हँसी खुशी में प्यार सेजिन्दगी बिताइये और अपनी नाराजगी को अपनो से
ज्यादा देर तक मत रखिये ।
